First, we rolled the lemons on the counter so more juice would squeeze out. Next, we squeezed several lemons into a pitcher. After about four lemons, Ava decided I'd better do the rest because it was getting "too hard".
We added water and sugar to our lemon juice and Ava asked if she could eat "just a little" of the sugar to see what it tasted like. Yep, sugar tastes like sugar.
I love her sassy, hand-on-the-hip pose. I'm sure I'll be tired of seeing this in about 8-9 years when that pose is accompanied by a teenage attitude. For now, I'll enjoy the cute-ness!
