Several months ago, while Ava and I were playing with Play Dough, I fashioned some "fake nails" for her. Apparently she remembered this experience because the other day she asked for "fingers" while we were playing Play Dough...I finally figured out that she wanted me to re-create the fingernail experience from months ago!
I just hope she knows that the only fingernails she's going to have will be Play Dough or her own for a LONG while!
